01 General Provisions

05 Gaming Rules

• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward support staff or other users.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.

07 Account Cancellation & Suspension

K777bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice if:

• Any provision of the terms and conditions is violated.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• The account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• A security concern is identified.
• As directed by a court or government authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance in the account will generally be refunded; however, balances under investigation may be withheld.

• Submit any complaints to support@k777bd.biz. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the dispute will be settled through international arbitration.
• Any legal claims against k777bd must be filed within 6 months of the incident.
